The PET Center at Georgetown University Hospital is the national capital area's
largest and most recognized academic medical center.
Since the founding of the School of Medicine in 1851 and the
Hospital in 1898, the Medical Center has been dedicated to
quality patient care, basic science and clinical research,
and undergraduate and graduate medical nursing education.
